Chili steak

4 pounds beef cut into cubes
3 cans Mexican diced tomatoes with chilies
8 different chili peppers cut or diced
1 large onion
1.5 tbs chili powder
2 garlic cloves diced
Salt to taste
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Brown meat add above ingredients cook to a boil then add 12 oz water reduce to low for 1 hour stirring occasionally
Do not let liquid evaporate
Make a rue flour and water add to pot and stir good bring to slight boil reduce heat and continue to stir 1 minute. If not thick enough add more flour and water.

Serve with sour cream and fresh cilantro, tortillas, beans and Spanish rice
