Seafood soup

Seafood soup (Caldo de me mariscos)
1 pound of seafood mix
1 or 2 pieces of fish
1/2 pound of raw shrimp
1/2 onion
2 carrots
1 or 2 potatoes
Shrimp bouillon (I use chicken)
2 garlic cloves
1/2 can of chipotle sauce
1 tomato
2 serrano pepper
Squeeze a lime over the seafood.
Saute the chipotle sauce, bouillon, garlic, tomato, onion, serrano peppers, carrots, and potatoes.
Add 6 cups of water. Boil until potatoes and carrots are soft.
Taste for flavor and add more bouillon of needed.
Add the seafood. Stir until shrimp turns pink. (10-12 minutes)
Serve with a lime and toasted bolillo. bo
